Thank you for following up. I was able to resolve the issue. It appears there was an error in the installation of XI. Acrobat X was not completely removed from my system and both X XI were on my computer. However the file required to uninstall X was missing and both programs would not work. Neither program was listed on my computer as installed. Somehow I was able to get window to recognize both programs and uninstalled both and reinstalled XI. I was up most of the night working on this but I finally got it working.

Please elaborate the issue and let us know when exactly do you get this error message ?

Also let us know the exact version of Adobe application you have and the OS version on your system?
