I have followed the recommended fix procedures twice to get Acrobat to install.

- Uninstall CS6

- Restart

- Run AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool

- Restart

- Run Install of CS6 from downloaded file

and I still get this... every time.

Some items for the following product(s) could not be installed successfully.

FB and Acrobat

Well, create a new user that doesn't have an apostrophe or other special character in its name.

First how do I do that and second why did the rest of the download work for the rest of CS6 but not these two. Does it mean I need to uninstall again?

And once the new user is created (I have a Guest user account) how do I install appropriately.

I've spent far too many hours (2 days) on this already.
