Acrobat Classic download

I just purchased a new subscription of the Acrobat - when i enter the serial number provided i get an error message stating "you have entered an acrobat classic serial"

and i need to download a different version which I cannot find with the link provided in the message....

can i get the proper serial number or find where i can download this classic version?

Something is odd here because you should EITHER have a serial number OR a subscription, not both - at least for the retail version. Where did you buy it/subscribe?

If you have product with the serial number then use this download link :- Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

If you are getting any error message,please share that message as well.
