Hello,
It keeps canceling the download around 60% and says there is an error, can someone advise me on why this is happening please?

Please attach a screenshot of the error message you get ?
Also let us know the OS version on the system and the exact version of Acrobat DC you trying to install ?
If you have windows , try running this cleaner tool : Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Restart the system and install Acrobat from this link : Download and install Acrobat DC subscription
