Acrobat pro DC v12 closes out with "closing out" error after its launched. Reinstalled and still got the error.

if resetting your preferences fails, repair (help>repair) your acrobat installation.

I cant even get into the program to select help > repair. I've also tried running a repair on the installation to no avail.

did you successfully reset your preferences?
did you check your video card driver?

Moved preference folders and updated nvidia drivers. still same thing. ran a repair also. I did get this error message.
