acrobat pro dc will not allow me to save to my pc

Acrobat Pro DC will not allow me to save as, export, or browse my pc for places to save documents to.  I have tried all other fixes that I have found online... run repair, run repair from the help menu, uncheck show online storage when saving files (I get no save as dialog box if I do this one).  I have tried all of them.  Basically the program will not browse my pc drives to save or pull up anything.  Windows 7, patched with all security updates and critical updates.  Any help would be appreciated.

Please let me know the exact dot version of Acrobat DC & OS installed on your computer?

Is there any specific error message what you get while saving the PDF file, please share the exact message.
