I have downloaded the Acrobat 11.0.14 updater twice. The install failed each time, both times with a message telling me to contact Adobe Support. I am running OS 10.7.5 on a MacBook Pro with 8 GB RAM, Acrobat 10.0.13 installed, 256 GB of free space on my hard drive

I own Acrobat 11. I don't want a monthly subscription to a cloud app, until there is absolutely no other choice, and therefore, I will not upgrade to Adobe Creative Cloud at this time.
I have downloaded the 11.0.14 updater and tried to install it, twice. I rebooted the computer between the two attempts. Installation failed both times; it did not give me an error number in the "failure" message.
