Acrobat X - Licence activation

Hello,

My name is Jaime and I recently had to re-install the operating system in my PC after my hard drive pass away.

I'm trying to activate my acrobat X licence and I'm using my actual licence number (removed by moderator) and the system does not allow me to active it.

Could you please help me?

Is Acrobat X part of Creative Suite?

Also let me know the exact error message that you get while activating Acrobat X?
