Acrobat X Pro: blocked, not open

Hello,

I have moved in a new workstation the "CS6 Master Collection" and after about one month it’s happen the same problem as it 2013:

All software of Collection are ok/working but AcrobatX Pro is blocked, and now cannot open

The Os is w7 pro 64bit.

  • I tried call the service number in Milan (Italy) but it’s no working.
  • I sent an email to Mr. Larry (Manager, T3 Technical of 2013) but he is no longer working for Adobe.
  • I tried uninstalled it and after installed a exe file “AcrobatPro_10_Web_WWSINLP.exe” found in Adobe web site but nothing!!

Well,

Can somebody help me in this case, maybe?

Hi Yatharth,

I tried now to reinstall Acrobat X pro and I confirm you that Adobe does accept the serial number.

When I put the serial number in the specific cell the message is:

       Numero di serie non valido                           (Invalid serial number)

       xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

      Numero di serie non valido                            (Invalid serial number)

     immettere nuovamente il numero di serie    (Re-enter the serial number)

At this point  I can't to install Acrobat X pro.

Any idea?

thaks of your fast reply.

and thanks for the link to the KB article, I'll be in the office until tomorrow evening and then I'll try it.

Unfortunately in the meantime,  I alredy uninstalled Acrobat X and during install the original code of the CS6 suite was not working:

how can I do?   I hope to not have to do it, but ... I'll have to reinstall the entire suite maybe?

I await your infos in order to proceed in the right way

Hi ,

Would request you to share the message you are getting while activating the suite using the Serial Number.(If any)

If only Acrobat X is not working, then try the steps mentioned in the shared article.
