Acrobat X Pro: blocked, not open
Hello,
I have moved in a new workstation the "CS6 Master Collection" and after about one month it’s happen the same problem as it 2013:
All software of Collection are ok/working but AcrobatX Pro is blocked, and now cannot open
The Os is w7 pro 64bit.
- I tried call the service number in Milan (Italy) but it’s no working.
- I sent an email to Mr. Larry (Manager, T3 Technical of 2013) but he is no longer working for Adobe.
- I tried uninstalled it and after installed a exe file “AcrobatPro_10_Web_WWSINLP.exe” found in Adobe web site but nothing!!
Well,
Can somebody help me in this case, maybe?
