Acrobat X & XI: Adobe Ribbon in Office 2016 is missing!!!

Hi,

we're installing the following Acrobat Products on Windows 10 with Office 2016:

Acrobat Standard X EN - 10.1.13

Acrobat Professional X EN - 10.1.13

Acrobat Standard XI EN - 11.0.10

Acrobat Professional XI EN - 11.0.10


Unfortunately the ribbon is not visible even if the AddIn is on.

Problem solved with 11.0.16

I could find out that the latest patch for each single version did also NOT lead to a success.

Dear Adobe, please take care of me and contact me. I am a paying enterprise customer.
