ACROBAT Xl PRO Licence trouble

Hello,

since the hard disk change on my MAC PRO, my Acrobat XI Pro doesn't work, it offers me immediately to try or buy Acrobat DC ...

And as I bought the licence online, I don't have the serial number ...and if I log in at Adobe, with correct login and password, I can find other licences but not that one ...

I bought it about one year ago, full price ... how can I work again with my Acrobat Pro ?

no matter where you purchased it, you had to have a serial number to activate it.  you need that serial number to re-activate acrobat, Find your Adobe product serial number quickly

Hi sfloriano,

Please refer this KB doc : Find your Adobe product serial number quickly

If that does not help then you need to Contact Customer Care. Make sure you login with your Adobe ID and select product from the list.

Then select chat or phone option under "Still need help? Contact us".
