Adobe Acrobat 9.0

Hello,

Hoping someone can help me.  In the past week when i'm trying to use the "Add or Edit Fields" i select that i want to add a text box and/or a signature box and the box populates but i can't move it like i use to.  It will only allow me to put it in certain areas but not where i want to fill out that information.  And i also can't resize it either.  I feel like it's lagging around but it's hard to really explain.  I've never had this problem until just recently.  Before i could make the box put it directly where i need it, resize it and move on but i can't seem to do that anymore.  I have already "repaired adobe installation"  but that didn't seem to work.
