how do I restore the Menu bar at the top of the screen, My specific tool bares are there but I can not find out to restore the menu bar

If you have windows OS, press F9 from the keyboard to restore menu bar .

Also you can right click any where on the empty space on the the toolbar and select menu bar option if its not checked.
