Adobe Acrobat constantly saying not responding
I had a previous case # 188054149 open about the application running very slow and thought we came to a resolution but the provided fix did not work on a particular PC. This is the fix I was provided with:
- Open Acrobat
- Go to Edit > Preferences > Accessibility
o Uncheck the options:
o Use documents
structure for tab order when no explicit tab order is specified
o Enable assistive
technology support
- Go to Edit > Preferences > Reading
o Select: ‘Only read the currently visible pages’ for Pages vs Document dropdown
- Go to Edit > Preferences > Search
o Increase Maximum
Cache size to 1000MB
o Click on Purge Cache
