Adobe Acrobat DC August 2016 (15.017.20053) WIN10 Issues

Hello, I have a Windows 10 Home x64 bit laptop running Version: 1607 and OS Build: 14393.105. Adobe Acrobat DC is installing on this PC with version DC August 2016 (15.017.20053).​ The computer has major issues with opening the Save As Tab and uploading files to Adobe to be edited. The PC will freeze and stand on a white page with glitching 4 squared gray box. Does anyone have suggestions on what might be the glitch?
