Hello,

I have a User who I have tried several times to install Adobe Pro 2020 for. The installation accepts the WIN Serial # and installs without issue. However when the applications is started it states that trial has expired. A window also pops up saying Something went wrong and I should try restarting Adobe but that does nothing. Again I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software but keep getting the same issue. I restarted the machine in between uninstalls and reinstalls also. Is there possibly a registery entry that needs to be removed? Any help would be appreciated

Please check the version number shown by the Acrobat app - full string such as 2016.123.98765. What do you see?

The MSI that is being installed has the following version:

20.001.30002

Adobe Acrobat 2020.

Please be advised that I have installed this software over 500 times on our Users’ machine without any issues.

Ok, that is the correct version. I think you may need to contact Adobe about this. If you have an Enterprise license (it sounds as if you do), you can raise a support case using the Admin Console.
