Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Option to align/size fillable boxes greyed out

I have been using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for a number of months. Yesterday, I was attempting to resize and align fillable boxes on my pdf form when those options became unavailable (greyed out).  I've done this more times than I can count and suddenly it just stopped working.  The really strange part is that it only stopped working on one page of my document.  When I attempt to align/size fields on page two it works as it always has without issue.  Has anyone else come across this issue?

Go to one of those fields' properties and make sure that the Locked check-box is not ticked there.
