Adobe Acrobat Professional v10 license issue

Question

we have Adobe Acrobat Professional v10 license that we
purchased in 2012, and I am trying to install the software on a new windows 7
computer but I am getting an invalid Serial number error when I enter the
24digits S/N, I called Adobe support line and they directed me to contact this
forum for help?

you must use the exact installation file that matches your serial number. eg, acrobat pro X installation files, not acrobat std X. you must use the matching language, platform (win/mac), enterprise or not etc.

per above, adobe support should be able to tell you if your serial number is vaild. ie, you're using the correct number and it's not been revoked. that's not most they can do to help you.

They are wrong. We (the regular users of this forum, not Adobe Staff) can't really help you with such issues as we have no access to Adobe's internal system and can't know if your s/n is valid or not.

Contact them again and demand a solution. If they refuse to help, ask to speak to a supervisor. Hopefully you purchased this application from a reputable source and have registered it properly, etc. If not, you're basically out of luck.
