Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has crashed over 50 times on my OS X Yosemite

I am absolutely infuriated with Adobe. I have been using it for quite some time and have gotten incredibly used to it crashing and losing all the progress made in editing documents. No matter how many crash reports I file, no improvements have been made. Tonight, I was working on a document for 2 hours, and when I clicked save, it crashed. When I went to open the document, all two hours of my work was gone. This is the last straw, and all I want to do is strongly advise against Adobe and DC and ask if it's possible to recover anything of the document after those 2 hours of my life that I just wasted on the worst program I have ever encountered.

Thank you.

Hi ss01234 ,

Please provide the Application & OS version installed on your system.

Also check if there is any update available to get install for the application.

Please Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Is this happening with all files or with certain pdf file.

Please check with the different user account with admin rights to replicate the issue .

Regards,

Yatharth
