Adobe Acrobat X Pro doesn't work on Windows 10

Guest

Adobe Acrobat X Pro has worked fine on my PC for severals years, until Microsoft forced an upgrade on my PC to Windows 10 several weeks ago. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat X Pro with the package serial number, rebooting, etc. But when I try to convert a Word doc to a PDF it hangs up. And trying to convert a web page to a PDF nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

Acrobat X is not officially compatible with Windows 10, so such problems are to be expected.

That may be true, but my Acrobat X Pro worked fine under Windows 10 Home - indeed until Microsoft came with their annual update a while ago. Anyone knows which change in W10 made Acrobat X Pro so extremely slow?

That's the very definition of "not compatible". It might work, or it might not. Or it might work one day and then stop working all of a sudden the next day...
