Hello,

I have two laptops, one old and one new. Both have Adobe Acrobat X Pro installed on it. On the old laptop I have de-registered the serial key and uninstalled Adobe Acrobat X Pro. On the new laptop I have entered the serial key and it says invalid. I have checked both versions and they are the same version. I also tried to contact Adobe Support and they were no help and told me to post a discussion in this forum.

Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Hi mistuhryan,

You will have to deactivate the service on your old laptop by navigating to Help>Deactivate.(Make sure you are signed in )

You can verify your serial key from here :  Find your Adobe product serial number quickly

Download acrobat 9 from the mentioned link : Download Acrobat 8 and Acrobat 9

Let us know if this helps.

Hi Sarojini,

I have deactivated it from the old laptop already. Also, I tried to check the serial key but its asking for redemption key? (Acrobat was purchased via in the store) I entered the serial key there and it says invalid.

Please advise.

Please email me the serial number at trkumar@adobe.com and I will validate it for you.

I have checked the license and unable to decode as it's invalid.

Please let me know where did you bought this license from?

Did it ever work before for you?
