Well, you should know what you bought... Are you paying for it just once, or every month/year?

What does your invoice say? Also, you mention CC. Are you subscribed to it, or just to Acrobat? These are things you need to find out.

how can I identify which kind of license I got ?.

While I am logged in with admin ID , Its says its Creative Cloud and plan details is as : Delegate a license to yourself  to become a full Creative Cloud member, giving you access to all our apps and services, plus extra capacity to store, share, and access your files in Creative Cloud. https://creative.adobe.com/team/admin/ED8846DD57BAABFC7F000101@AdobeOrg

Who did you purchase it from? Is it a certified reseller? Also, did you purchase a subscription version or a perpetual license?

Yes , That was a certified reseller.

After I purchased it , I have an email , I just updated my info online and send the invitation to my collogues who has to use the same.

But when they accepted the invitation and created there user name and password online , we all are asked to enter license for Adobe pro DC.

We didn't have any License file received , i just got an VIP NO.

You didn't answer whether this is a subscription or a perpetual license, and I don't quite understand the part about inviting your colleagues... Did you purchase a volume license of some kind? If you purchased a perpetual license then you should have gotten a serial-number as well. If you didn't, go back to the seller and ask them to provide it to you.
