In the Organize Pages section of Adobe DC Pro the menu has "Copy" on it but not "Paste". How do I have "Paste added to my menu?

I tried Repair the Acrobat installation, but did not work, Paste is still not on the menu.
It is available in my installation.
Yes, it is on the version of another person in the office as well. I wonder if something needs to be clicked in the user preferences somewhere?
