Adobe Pro DC installer on ultra high def displays using Windows 10 bug report

I have found an installer bug on new ultra high definition (4K) display laptops (15").  On this new 3840x2048 pixel 15" laptop format such as the Dell XPS 15 (just released about 1 month ago), the zoom factor for normal display purposes needs to be 200%. Google Chrome understands this and automatically detects and compensates for this issue.  The Adobe Pro DC installer does not understand this and produces a window that is 4 times smaller than normal.  It is unreadable.  You have to use the Magnifier accessory to actually read the screen.  This is on a Dell XPS 15 laptop running Windows 10 Pro.  Other installers from other companies have not exhibited this problem.
