Adobe Reader XI 11.0.8 will not update

Any suggestions on why adobe reader xi 11.0.8 will not update on my windows vista machine?

I also tried applying the following update below. manually, and it prompted with a error - and would not install due to mixmatch versions.

Hi ,

The reason is that Acrobat XI is not a compatible version with Windows Vista.
