After repairing Windows 7, Adobe X has license error. I downloaded licence repair patch per the instructions and ran it in an adm command window. If successful, it should return error code 0 but mine returned error code 4. What do I do next to get Adobe working again?

‌folder permissions are set as well...

‌run as administrator option caused the warning from UAC that this program wants to make changes to the computer. Selected OK and the program runs fine Without the license error.

final fix is to set UAC warning level slider to never.

UAC = User Account Control

Sorry for the frustration. I ran a repair to fix an iTunes issue and the repair caused this to happen. The repair process must have adjusted the UAC level.

‌i did download patch. As I said before, it did not work. It should return code 0 but it returns code 4. What is the next step? Please don't refer to the download patch as it has already been tried multiple times with the same result.

there are 4 solutions at that link and additional info about folder permissions that may need to be re-set.

‌first 3 solutions tried and don't work. Solution 4 is meaningless since my account is an administrator account.
