Hello SheridanCommunications1​,

Are you working on a Windows computer or a Macintosh. If you are on windows you can follow the steps above. However on if you are on a Mac. Please check if the name of the application appears on the top left corner, next to the Apple Icon. If it is there, that means the application is running however, you are not able to see the window on your screen. In this case, please click on Windows>>Cascade. You can locate Windows on the top bar.

Please try that and send an update if that works for you.

Hi SheridanCommunications1 ,

Please Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Please provide the OS version on your Device.

If you are working on WIN OS , then Please check with the compatibility mode for Acrobat, If compatibility mode  is checked under Properties uncheck it & run the application as an Administrator.

If the issue still persist, please check with the different user account to replicate the issue .
