That restriction only applies when you combine files using the CreatePDF online service, not when you use Acrobat.

Yes. Just go to File - Create - Combine multiple files into a single PDF and then select your files.

Is there now a limit of only being able to combine 12 PDF files into 1 large PDF file.
I'm sure I used to be able to combine many more than 12 before?
