Can i get a refund please?

I have downloaded Acrobat reader pro and chose the one month only plan specifically so i do not get monthly deduction. and i paid the $24.99 price for it.

Today I received a message from the bank stating that another $24.99 was deducted from my account for Adobe products.

Can anyone please clarify this?

There is no such thing as Acrobat Reader Pro, and Reader is a free product requiring no subscription. In any case, I am passing your case to people who may be able to help you.

apologies, Adobe Acrobat Pro. I paid for it so I can edit PDF, but I only wanted it for one month and now I got charged again.
