Can I transfer Acrobat X?

A staff member in my office was been using Acrobat X that was the company purchased. The member retired and her mail account which might be as the Adobe ID has been deleted and also the serial number has been lost. Can I transfer the product installed on her computer to my computer?

Thank you for the immediate replay. I think it has the difficulty of "lost serial number", doesn't it?
