I just bought Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and i can not find the 24 digit serial number. I can only find 2 different 19 digit codes, but it will not accept them in the student redemption? Where can I find the code?

Ok, before he can use a student product, he has to prove eligibility. Only then do you get a serial number. disappointing that it didn't come with clear instructions. please try this page: be sure not to follow the "purchased for a college" path, it's different.  Serial numbers, redemption codes, and product codes | Student and Teacher editions

A couple of weeks ago I bought single user Acrobat with my Am Ex Card for $14 dollars and some cents. I have nothing to show for, no numbers nothing, just my e-mail Madigan229@aol.com

Help please we have bought Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 through Office Works and when we enter the website it tells you to use www.adobe.com/go/eduverify to download the serial number it doesn't work.  Please provide instructions asap.

I sympathise with you Karenn. I have been run around after purchasing a downloadable copy of Acrobat from Amazon in the UK. Eventually, after opening a case and it being inadvertently closed, I called 'chat' .. but please don't. I have never been so frustrated for a long time. I was told I was 27th in the cue and that the wait time was 2 minutes ... actually it was closer to 40 minutes! I eventually 'chatted' with an outsourced gentleman whose English was at a poor level. Here's a part of the transcript:

LM: Hello! Welcome to Adobe support. [canned comment]

Me: Hi, my name is Mike ... I basically need a serial number for Acrobat DC Ed version that I purchased yesterday from Amazon UK

LM: So you purchase a product form Amazon right

Me: Sure did,. the product key is APROM2-*****

LM: When did you bought the product?

Me: Yesterday, as I said up front

info: Your chat transcript will be sent to [email address] at the end of your chat.

LM: Amazon is a a Reseller so i suggest to contact to Amazon as you bought the product form them they will help you

Me: Look, I need a serial number. The issue has nothing to do with Amazon. I am a teacher so I purchased the education version. I need my identity 'authorized' so I opened a case on the Adobe site yesterday, number ADB-******-F2N3 ... but it was inadvertently closed before I was issued with a serial number. What gives?

LM: I am sorry but the serial number will provide form Amazon as you bought the product form them

LM: We only provide the serial number who bought form our Adobe website

Me: I'm sorry LM. but you don't seem to understand. Amazon does not issue serial numbers. Adobe does. I needed my identity 'authorized' as a teacher at an institution, so Adobe could issue me with a serial number. I sent a copy of a letter from the [local] Embassy showing that I work for the institution. But after all this, I am talking with someone who ap[ears not to know the process ...

LM: Please allow me 1-2 minutes to review your account details.[canned comment]

I wrote to identite because Amazon UK had incorrectly given them as the redeeming outfit, but they only handle US serials. Still, a nice guy there said 'Please proceed to www.adobe.com/go/eduverify to redeem your product.'

So for the second time I included my details, a copy of the Embassy letter and included all the requirements to get another case number, while ensuring I included the first. I am presently awaiting their reply.
