Cant sign pdf

When I click on the sign button It prompts me to " Get Started"  you have opened a filable PDF. This form does not let you drag and drop saved information. THEN Send options Send and Track or Get Others to Sign. None of it works and the sign button that appears above the document, when clicked brings down a blank drop down menu. Please help as I need this done today
