Hi I tried your DC software, didn't like it (kept messing up documents), canceled and yet I have been charged....
How can I get a refund for the charge I didn't want going out?
The "real help from real people" isn't real people, it's help topics...
Which is not at all helpful for me, especially as I'm dyslexic!
P.s it's a bit of a dirty trick taking bank details before trial, hoping people like me will have difficulty cancelling

The Acrobat SDK is specifically for programmers who want to automate Acrobat. That rather confused us (easily done!)
