Clear Form button missing

I just purchased Acrobat DC yesterday, so I am VERY new to this software.  I created a fillable form and I'm trying to follow the tutorial to add a clear from button to my form.  But, I seem to only have a radio button option... not a button that has an "action" option in the properties.  What I am doing wrong to not have that button available?  Does what I purchased not come with it???

If you don't have an option to add a button, it means that you selected the check box that says "This document requires signatures" when you initially selected "Tools > Prepare Form". This makes it an Adobe DC eSign Services (formerly EchoSign) compatible form. To revert back to a normal AcroForm, which will restore the standard field types in the toolbar, select "More > Revert to Acrobat form" in the right hand pane while in form editing mode.

    You need to be in the "Prepare Form" tool and the button icon will be the 6th button from the left. Click on that button and then draw the field.

    The missing clear button is so frustrating. After spending an hour or more creating a form that requires a signature I find no way to remove the signature requirement..in order to see the clear button option..in order to simply remove radio button selections made to test out the form.

    There is no "revert to acrobat form" option that I can find..

    I am really surprised at this UX issue.
