College can not save pdf in cute pdf

I need help!
My College isn't able to save an editable pdf we have created, it only lets him print. So he uses cutepdf, but for some reason i am unable to save an editable pdf that works with cutepdf.
Please can someone advise what i need to do in the step of saving the pdf so it works for my college, it used to work fine now of late he seem not to be able to save any editable pdfs through it. He continuously get an error message saying
'There was an error opening this document. The File is damaged and could not be repaired'

Is there something i can do in the saving the editable pdf so it is compatible with cutepdf, as they do not have any other means of saving editable pdfs other than using cutepdf.

Sounds like something you should ask in a CutePDF forum...

I work out it was actually a corrupt indesign document I was working from. I re created it in a brand new document and exported it and applied editable and it worked. Was not a fact of cutepdf it was an design fault.
