combine PDFs in the acrobat software and not upload

Hello, I want to be able to combine PDFs in the acrobat software and not have to upload them. Do I have to purchase the pro software to do this? Thank you

I see that you have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription.

You can install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC from this link on your desktop from this link: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X  and then can combine files.

That resulting file will be saved on your desktop only and can be uploaded online only if you wish.
