Regards,
We are running into a problem where our Adobe Export to PDF addin for Microsoft Outlook is not functioning properly. The problem appears to lie with the Acrobat PDFMaker OfficeCOM Addin. The Word and Excel addins are still functioning as usual.
Software Versions:
Microsoft Windows 10 version 1511 (OS Build 10586.633)
Adobe Pro DC – Version 2015.006.30243
Microsoft Outlook – Version 12.0.6753
PDFMOutlookAddin.dll version 15.6.30033.2205
A user click of the [Convert To Adobe PDF] addin button results in a typical pop-up window with the title: “Creating Adobe PDF”
The program appears hung at “Conversion Progress”. It doesn’t appear to even start converting. The problem began week starting 10/10/2016. Up to then there were no issues. Using a trial version of Acrobat we have successfully replicated the problem in our IT department. It works 1-2 times on a fresh install then hangs. An uninstall and reinstall of Acrobat allows the export to work temporarily.
If the user closes Outlook it cannot be relaunched until a reboot or until the killing of process AcroTray (32 bit). Termination AcroTray leaves an unclean process of Microsoft Office Outlook (32bit) running in the background utilizing at about 30% CPU resources.
Thanks
Hi Steve
Thanks for reporting the issue. This is a known issue with Office 2007 and we are currently investigating it.
Meanwhile, you can use Print to Adobe PDF Printer as a workaround.
Thanks

Tanvi,
We are having the same issue as well, with the only difference being Windows Server 2008 R2 as the OS, Build: 6.1.7601.
Is there an ETA on a fix?
Rick
