I am copying French text from PDF and pasting into word. It worked great on 1 set of files. Now I have another French PDF, when I copy into word, the French accents on character's do not show up?

Is this a WORD issue? Any ideas how to fix?

It's most likely a font issue. I'm afraid there's probably not much you can do about it, unless you re-create the file and OCR it.

Hi.

With Acrobat you can export PDF files as images (TIFF or PNG), re-combine them as a new PDF and run the OCR (in French of course).
