I NEED STEP BY STEP EXPLANATION OF HOW TO CREATE A FILLABLE FORM IN ACROBAT X PRO. I HAVE SPENT HOURS WITH TUTORIALS AND EXPLANATIONS AND I'M JUST GOING IN CIRCLES.

1. Design all the fixed parts of the form (boxes, labels, explanations, logos) in Word.

2. Make a PDF.

3. Open in Acrobat.

4. Go to form editing.

5. Add form fields by dragging out over each blank.

6. Adjust the properties of each field.

thanks for your reply. i need to be more specific with my question..i have acrobat x pro but not acrobat dc... 

i want to turn an existing form into a fillable form. i was hoping someone would be able to give me some step by step instructions such as..." do this>now this>then this>etc". thanks for your time.
