Digital ID's stopped working

Using the Adobe help files on line I created a Digital ID.  But I made a mistake and want to Remove it and add a new one.  However, now when I click on Digital ID's I no longer get an Add Button or a Remove button.  Preferences-->Signatures-->Identities & Trusted Certificates-->More--Digital ID's.

Anyone have any idea why this stopped working on my band new install?  Thanks,  Randy

  Thanks for your response.  I found the problem.  When I got to the "Digital ID and Trusted Certificate Settings" page, none of the toolbar choices at the top were visible at all.  The blue slider oval in the middle had moved ALL the way up to the top, concealing all the toolbar choices.  When I figured out to slide the blue oval down, Voila - there were all the choices visible!
