Downloading Free Trial AdobeAC.dim on MacBook pro

I am trying to download the free trial of "full" adobe AdobeAC.dim and keep getting the error message to close Safari - but Safari isn't open. I have tried to open safari and then close it but the download will not resume and I get the message again! Help, please
