Downloading subscribed Acrobat Pro DC Mac with previous trial

In a Mac with a previous Adobe Acrobat Pro DC trial, how do I now download subscription Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?

I've tried several times and each download I end up with the Trial Buy screen. I expected something like an activation screen.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Jerry%20Forbes ,

Please refer this article on how to convert a trial version to a licensed version : Convert Acrobat Pro DC trial to a full license

Let us know if this helps.

If it doesn't, try uninstalling the trial version and then install a fresh copy of Acrobat DC from this link and install : Download and install Acrobat DC subscription .

Let us know how it goes .

If get a pop-up for a trial that is running out, believe it. It will run out and stop if you don't activate the software.

There is no link. Just sign in FROM ACROBAT (or the Creative Cloud app) with the Adobe ID used for the subscription.

If that doesn't work, check Help > About. It will say CLASSIC or CONTINUOUS. Which does it say?

If you are running the trial you will get a pop up message each time you start Actobat telling you the days left.

What tool were you using to add text where you wanted? It is probably still there somewhere

I do get pop up each time. Have not found the right link to download and activate the Mac Acrobat Pro DC. I am a subscriber. I’ve logged out from my account and back in multiple times. No change I’ve Uninstalled and reinstalled, but always end up with the Trial situation. I can’t activate cause if you have a subscription you have no serial #.

I was using the wrong tool. Now learning better. The display of my document on the screen doesn’t appear to be an identical opry reproduction of the original, but distorted.

Thank you for your response. Since subscribing 7/4/2016 I’ve been attempting to download and install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on

My Mac.

I’d previously uninstalled the trial version, so I used the link you provided. That too resulted in a trial/buy situation. Out of frustration I accepted the Trial.

I’ve been using Adobe products for over 30 years and have never been so frustrated when trying to download a subscription. There has to be

Something drastically wrong with the Mac download sequence because it is drastically different than Windows protocol.

I now have 30 days and counting to solve this problem.

Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
