Dropdown options in a form determining field value in a form?

I am preparing a multiple page form that documents vendor price bidding amoungst three vendors (on pages "C", "D", and "E" of the document) and also has an agreement built into the document on a different page.

In the document, pages "C", "D", and "E" record quoted prices from three different vendors and calculate a daily total.

On a different agreement page, there is a text field with a pulldown option to select the page of the bid from the vendor who will be awarded the contract ( "C", "D", or "E" )

Also on the agreement page, there is text field to enter the estimated number of operating days per year.

I want the calculation of the estimated annual value of the contract to appear on the agreement page based on number of operating days multiplied times the daily amount that is calculated into a text field on the selected page. 

I am thinking to use a hidden text field (Terxt2 on image)  that is equal to the variable based on the selection in the dropdown - and then multiple it time the number of operating days entered to yeild the product in a visible field.

What formula do I use to tell what value to pick in be in "text2".

If someone selects "C" in the field "Dropdown11" on the agreement page, then I need the value in "Text2" to be equal of the field on page "C" labeled "page total pagec".
