Dynamic fillable stamps

I need assistance creating a fillable, detailed specific, dynamic stamp. When clicking on the stamp it should prompt you to enter data, then when you click ok it should fill in all the blanks. I cannot find anything on youtube, google search or anyone with this knowledge base. I realize this will take very specific javascrpts and design. Does Adobe offer one on one training for a case like this, even at a price?? Thank you

Creating dynamic stamps is indeed a complex subject. There are several tutorials online, as well as a whole book written about it by Thom Parker.

However, it might be easier (and certainly faster) to hire someone knowledgeable in this field than try to do it yourself...

I have not been able to find any tutorials online with this type of detailed-specific stamp. Where can I hire someone for this service, my employer is willing to pay for this?
