Error 10003 - Unable to process the page because the Paper Capture recognition service experienced an error

Hi ,

I have downloaded the Acrobat Pro Dc trial with a view to buying a monthly subscription, however, since installing, the very first document I wanted to edit keeps giving me the message in the title as soon as I try to edit, I am a very novice user. I cannot find any reference to the problem online and obviously I don't want to subscribe to a program that won't for whatever reason do what I need it to,....though I imagine this is a fairly easy fix for people who know what it means!! lol

Please refer to the solution in this KB doc Adobe Acrobat error "could not perform recognition"
