Error 16 - Acrobat Pro app

I cannot run Acrobat Pro owing to Eoor 16.

I have already set the permissions as suggested in previous forums.

Will you have any other suggestions ?

If its Windows Operating system you have to Run as Admin by doing right click on the Acrobat like this

My OS is El Captain 10.11.5

I had already changed permissions accordingly with your suggestions, but it does not work.
