Please make sure of the below points are not applied on your case.

This issue can occur in the following circumstances:

  • In enterprise environments when an OS image with an installed version of Adobe product is deployed.
  • In some cases of OS image backup restoration.
  • When domain users (Windows) don't have full permissions to above mentioned folders.

Can you please tell me which product ?

And did you  tried the  license fix tool ?

It is for Acrobat X Std.

Yes, I did try the license fix tool but still gives me the error.
