Error message when Adobe opened

I keep getting the following message: instruction at 0x000000007731A32C reference memory at 0x0000000000000014 memory could not be read, click here to terminate.

I ran SFC/scannow, no integrity violations, ran Virus scan (full) with windows defender. I get this message only when I have ADOBE DC opened. I contacted ADOBE tech support, they have been on my computer 3 times, uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe, and still same issue. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi NickandCindy  ,

Could you please let us know what is the version of Acrobat DC installed on your computer?

What version of Windows installed on your computer- 7/8/10?

Have you recently updated Windows?

Try to change virtual memory settings, visit this link on how to change virtual memory settings: Set virtual memory paging default | Windows 7, Windows Vista.

Let us know if it worked.

Thank You,

Shivam
