I have 2 products Adobe acrobat X Pro and Adobe Acrobat XI Pro on two different computers one is running windows 10 Pro and other one is running on windows 7 Home Premium and both returns with Error 1328. I have opened a case to help me and nobody buck to me to explain what is the reason for error 1328?
I also the registration wont save. both product are genuine in and boxed otherways I won't be here to ask for help. I have done uninstall and install numerous times with no success.
is there anyone can help please?

You can use the cleaner tool to uninstall Acrobat Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs & reinstall it using this link Download Adobe Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X.

Thank you so much for your help. I have done exactly to the point on your help thread. Now my computer at work is fine thanks to your help but the computer at home windows 10 platform. I cleaned the Acrobat X Pro and downloaded XI Pro that has been donated to our charity that support kids to keep them out of trouble. is genuine boxed never been opened. when I have downloaded it from the same link above everything went fine I typed the serial number into the box as the one printed on the CD envelope was again fine.
I was asked to sign in my account which I have done keeps saying is not the correct serial number for DC product and also another window show 00 days left from your trial. But when I open the Adobe FormsCentral it works perfect. So I only think there is a bug there if i Can't open Adobe acrobat XI Pro the Adobe Forms central shouldn't be working I dont know What is happening? I am just about to pull every single haire of my head. I need the Acrobat as well as the forms to be emailed before the end of this month I just don't know what to do. Please Please help!

Try logging into your account and see what is there as far as registration. It may be that you have some conflicts on the account.
