Favorite Dynamic Stamps disappear after 1 use

I setup a dynamic stamp which I need to use quite often as a favorite in Adobe Acrobat XI.  When I closed the program and opened it up again, it wasn't there and I needed to set it up as a favorite again.  I've noticed that this is a recurring pattern.  Is there a way to avoid this?

I'm having the same issue.  I use several stamps on a daily basis.  Can someone help with this?

Ditto, on Acrobat Pro DC

The stamps were fine for the last year or so, then suddenly disappeared a few weeks ago.

I just did this accidentally and the issue seems fixed.  I opened the 'show stamp palette' under the stamp icon.  Just used the favorite stamp there.  Closed all documents leaving the palette there and when I reopened the documents, the palette was still there with my favorite stamps.   I then closed the palette, closed the documents and it seemed to have started working from then on.   Now that I found the palette, I keep that open all the time.  Hope it helps.  This was all accidental so I don't really know what I did to fix it so I listed everything I did.
